International Shipping
International orders are shipped by Express (international courier) or Economy (international mail).
International shipping fees are determined by the destination region and the weight of the parcel. There is no free shipping or discount based on the order amount. For deliveries within Japan, please see "Shipping in Japan".
■ About Customs Duties and Clearance Fees
For international shipments, customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees and other charges may apply when you receive your order.
Whether these charges apply, and how much they are, depends on the destination country or region, the purchase amount and other factors. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee; they arise under the laws of the importing country or region.
In addition, tax on shipping is calculated based on the shipping cost actually incurred for international delivery.
■If Your Parcel Could Not Be Delivered
Customs duties and similar charges are paid by the customer upon receipt. Before ordering, please check the charges that apply in your destination country or region.
Parcels that could not be delivered for reasons on the customer's side (refusal to accept the parcel, refusal to pay customs duties or other charges, expiry of the storage period, an incorrect address, etc.) may be returned to Japan or disposed of in the destination country.
If the parcel is returned to Japan
We will contact you by email and ask you to choose one of the following options.
- Have it sent again: We will send it again after you pay a new shipping fee and the costs incurred for the return (the return shipping fee, customs duties and fees charged to us, etc.).
- Cancel your order: We will refund the price of the items and the original shipping fee (the amount for the cheapest delivery method that was available for your destination), minus the costs incurred for the return. If the result is ¥0 or less, there will be no refund (we will not charge you for the shortfall).
If we do not hear from you within 10 days from the day we contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and issue a refund as described in option 2.
If the parcel is disposed of in the destination country
We are unable to refund the price of the items or the shipping fee.
■International Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the delivery area and the weight of your order including packaging. There are two delivery options: “Express” and “Economy.” We recommend Express, which delivers your order reliably and quickly.

■Express vs. Economy
Express (international courier) – Recommended
•Comes with a tracking number, so you can check where your package is at any time.
•Delivers faster and more reliably than Economy.
•Available for any weight.
Economy (international mail)
A delivery option for customers who want to keep shipping costs down. Please choose it after reading the following points.
•There is no tracking number, so we cannot check where your package is.
•Delivery takes longer. Depending on the country and the time of year, it may arrive much later than the estimate.
•Packages may be held or may not arrive due to customs inspections and other checks.
Express delivers more reliably and faster to every country. For important gifts or orders that need to arrive by a specific date, such as a birthday, please choose Express.

■Shipping to the United States
Orders to the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico and other territories) can only be shipped by Express. This is because U.S. customs rules have changed, and packages sent by international mail now require import duties to be paid in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the rules change and we are able to send packages by international mail again, we would like to offer Economy for the United States as well.

•Orders are delivered at the rates above regardless of the size of the items.
•If your order includes an out-of-stock item, all items will be shipped together once everything is available.
•If you cancel after your order has shipped, you will be asked to cover the actual shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding.
■About Shipping of Orders
In-stock items
We ship from our shop on the Thursday following your order date. If that Thursday is a public holiday, we ship one day earlier, on the Wednesday of the same week.
*If you choose bank transfer, we ship on the Thursday following confirmation of your payment.
Out-of-stock items
We will inform you of the delivery schedule separately by email.
*Depending on the item, it may take about 2 to 3 weeks.
If you request name engraving
Please allow about 5 additional business days on top of the lead time above.
■About Delivery Time After Shipment
The number of days needed for delivery after shipment varies depending on the destination country.
Please see the information above for details. Depending on world events and circumstances, delivery may take longer than the number of days stated above.
■About Combined and Split Shipping
We ship all items in each order together.
•Items ordered after an order has been completed cannot be combined with the earlier order. The same applies if you add items in a separate order after ordering a pre-order item.
•If one order contains multiple items, as a rule we do not offer split shipping, such as sending some items ahead of the others. If you order pre-order items or items with different lead times together, we will ship everything together once all items are ready.
